Why was my account disabled?
Company account with email (quandinh@**** like email Dropbox of me) has been disabled from Saturday, July 11, 2020.
Dropbox hasn't emailed notification?
This account is used for business.
Please help me!

Every few days my account gets blocked and i have to get support to solve this, at first they said that i had a corrupted file, so i had to delete it, but at the next day after my account was operative againt, it got blocked. I'm a teacher and i share a lot of content to my students, and its a great problem and a huge waste of time if every time i want to shere something, i have to contact support.

Are you not able to login to the account, or are your shared links no longer working?
@Dmg89, according to the ticket ID, I can see that there is a response from the support agent. You should've received their response direct to your email.
Could you check your inbox or spam/junk folder in case it was sent there?

Hello!
I'm posting this on behalf of my brother who has been using Dropbox for a very long time now. He got billed the other day and then his account suddenly got disabled immediately. This was about a week ago and he is unable to get in contact with anyone for the account. He has no idea why it got disabled suddenly and immediately after he paid. He uses this service for his work, all of which is located in his Dropbox. How can he go about resolving this?
When he logs in, it says 'Account Disabled'
It's definitely not due to inactivity because he has been actively using it for a VERY long time.

I have a dropbox business account and had access on it until Saturday when I was logged out and received a message saying account disabled.
We are a small agency and have crucial client files in our folders.
I have a DropBox business account and have started this account in order to ask the community for assistance.

You should be able to open a support ticket about this through this page. Just make sure to use a browser that is not signed in to any Dropbox account or an incognito/private browsing window.

My firts problem is, i buyed the plus plan, open my email and decided to change my password in the same day, after that i went to login and said that it was the wrong password, so i try the "forgot my passord" and when i put my email they say exacly this"Sorry, this account is disabled." and i didn't get an email to why this happened, now i need to know to cancel my subscription in that account because my second problem was i'm from brazil and i forgot to convert USD to BRL.
Mmy biggest concern is that i can't login in to my account and i don't know why, and without login i cant contact anyone, need help because i'm still have to pay ,even without usind the service.

I had also been deactivated
In order to have some communication with them I opened an other account..paid one to have acces to email.support ...but really . It's a pain in the ass but at least I'm in their service system...
If it doesn't get better faster (2 weeks now) I'll upgrade to have acces to phone support to try to understand and solve this .

If your account has been disabled that means its been terminated by Dropbox and you will not be charged anymore.
