As we won't be able to help much with account specific inquiries through this platform, I'd suggest using an incognito window while NOT logged into any Dropbox account to contact our support team through this form so we can look further into this.

Hi Walter,
I have sent 2 emails about this problem (2020/07/11 and 2020/07/13) through this form
But, I didn't receive an answer (except automatic email).
This problem is important, because many client has sent realtime data to Dropbox.
Please help me!

Hey toannguyen2020, I also wanted to mention that you need to make sure that you submit these Help Requests via an incognito window, without signing in to your account.

So if you know this already. You'll not recover anything .

Hello everyone,
I have been opening tickets for three weeks to understand why my account has been suspended.
I went in smoothly and then suddenly I couldn't get in anymore.
I tried password recovery (although I'm sure of my password) and I get the message: "Sorry, this account is disabled".
No emails, no communication from Dropbox and a paid PRO account until September 2021.
I have now logged in with a new account to be able to post in the forum.
it is absurd that a paid account is deactivated without any explanation or communication.
As suggested, I also tried to open more than one ticket incognito without any response.
I would like some answers please,
