Cannot connect to internet after dropbox-164-4-7914

My windows 7 desktop has not issue to sync and connect to internet until 1.6.5 version.  With 165 and 170.4 version, it did not connect to internet.   I reinstall 164 version and it is working fine...

    Have you installed all the updates for Windows 7, including SP1 and all security updates?
