How can I get a refund for an annual plan?

I am seeking a refund for the annual subscription that we were recently charged.  My 11 year old daughter uses Drop box for school and was supposed to stay on the free trial option, but we must have inadvertently selected the paid.  She uses Drop Box 2x a year.  How can we get a refund? We haven't used it since.   @Megan

    I’d like one more detail before assisting further; when upgrading your daughter’s Dropbox account, did you do it via Google Play/iTunes or directly on www.dropbox.com

      Hello Nancy, 

      Thank you for your reply.  We actually weren't trying to upgrade, we were just trying to download photos from one of her homeschool programs that using Drop Box to collect hundreds of photos.  Somehow in the process of downloading, we must have selecting the free trial.  Jen
