There's no option to cancel my Essentials trial from the account settings.

I received a reminder to cancel a free trial of Essentials- But no such trial appears on my Subscriptions Page- just a Basic subscription, and so no Cancel button (as the help page says there should be).

These support pages are riddled with loops- which is infuriating for the user. Grrrrr.

    Did you get this reminder via email? 

    If yes, is there any chance the email address you received it to isn’t the same as the one you see here

    I’m wondering if the reason you don’t see an option to cancel the trial is because the reminder was sent for a different Dropbox account under another email address.

    Let me know what you find.
