Close account with no email/password
Hello,
I want to close my account/subscription but can't log in because I don't have the password. The e-mail address associated with the account no longer exists, so it is not possible to reset the password. How do I close the account/subscription? I have tried several times to get help via the chat but it cannot help me.

Is it a paid subscription? If not, just ignore the account and it will be deleted automatically after one year of inactivity.
If it's a paid account, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
