Hi SparshMittal, welcome to our Community!
Have you tried rebooting your device?
Also, if I were you, I'd try to download the app using the offline installer from this link.
Can you give this one a go, and let me know of the results? Thanks!

I tried downloading offline installer (64bit) and even that download is too slow (<5KB and failing).
I guess, today, there may be some download/bandwidth issue at your end.
I will try tomorrow and update you.

Hi SparshMittal, our status page reports that all our platforms are operational at the moment.
Do you have a different WiFi connection, that you could try just so we can rule that possibility out? Also is it possible that you have an antivirus or other type of security program blocking Dropbox from connecting to our servers?
Can you try to temporarily disable any, to see if the behavior changes?
If you could give it another go, and update me that'd be amazing, thanks!

It's downloading fine for me. Completed in 20 seconds. I doubt the issue you're having is at Dropbox's end. If it were, there would be A LOT of people posting about it. I'd suggest checking (and temporarily disabling) any antivirus or firewall you may be running and try again.

With my office internet, both sync and download were dead slow and failing. However, on changing to my mobile internet (hotspot), everything was super fast.
I have reported this to my IT manager, but do you know any port that they should open, or other changes in network they can do? Thanks.
