Downloading from a shared link from Patreon gives me an error screen
I am attempting to download a file over a link from patreon. I click the link and its supposed to go to a dropbox screen where i can download the file.
I click the link and i get an error screen with your annoying dog. wich only serves to make it more frustrating. nobody else is having that problem with the link so it is clearly not the link at fault.

Are you sure you have access to the link? If I try to access the link while I'm signed in to Dropbox, I get the same error message that you're seeing.
However, if I'm not signed in to my account, I get a form stating that I need to be signed in to confirm my identity. To me it seems like the link has been shared with specific people and you don't have access.

Hey MichaelPreiss - sorry to hear about this.
Could you clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know if you still get the same results?
If you do, may I ask if you're copying and pasting the link from another platform or app perhaps?
A screenshot of the exact error you're getting would also help!

uploading an image here doesn't seem to work. the error message I keep getting is just a dog with an empty bowl and the message "
Das hat aus irgendeinem Grund nicht funktioniert

How about on an incognito window window with no web browser extensions or plugins running MichaelPreiss?
Are you a personal network and computer or a work one?
