Strange bug: "Unhandled Thrown Error!" using "Request Files" in Windows

Using Windows File Explorer, when we right-click inside a Dropbox-synched folder, and select "Request Files", the browser window opens with a 404 Not Found error. I have verified that the user is logged into Dropbox.com and also that the Dropbox Windows application is running and fully synched. Any help with this is appreciated. Screen-shot below.

Hey CPDev, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It's a strange issue indeed; can you quit the Dropbox app and restart it to see if that helps?

If that doesn't help and if you haven't already, can you also restart your computer?

Let me know how it goes.

      Hi Hannah,

We tried both ideas (quitting / restarting the app and rebooting) but no luck. Same strange error persists...

Hi CPDev, are you able to create file requests directly from the site?

Do you have any custom API apps running, branding, or team restrictions which might affect file requests?
