Mail address does not exists anymore for 6-digit code

Hi!

So, I did not use my old account for a long-long time now. The mail address does not exists enymore where the 6-digit code was sent.

The problem is, that the address was registered to a private domain. A couple of friends and me brought the domain back then, but it is not ours anymore. So the mail address cannot be recreated.

No device is connected to the Dropbox account.

Is there some possibility to change the address not logged in? Some support ticket maybe?

  • Last login is less then 12 mount I think. But I am not sure.

So I have to buy the domin name gain, and create the mail adress again, to access the account? No secret question, puppy eyes, sacrificing virgins, or any other method availeble? Sad.

I have the same situation. I changed countries and I do not have access anymore to the email. I still know my pasword and I was logged in until one week ago. Anyone an idea how to handle this? Files can not be gone?

Hey tcredding, I hope you're doing well!

If I understand correctly, you're don't have access to the email address of your Dropbox account, in order to receive the 6 digit code, and sign in to your account.

I moved your post to this thread with more info on this issue.

Could I send you an email, just to see if there's anything we can do about this?

      Keep me posted!
