Can I access my account if I don't have access to the email?

I am unable to log into my Dropbox account when I reset the Password it goes to an old email address. I no longer have access to this email address so I cannot forward the mail or access the reset code. Is there any other way that I can access my account if I don't have access to the email?

    Access to the account's email address is indeed necessary for you to access the account.

     

    However, I would suggest reaching out to our support team, for further assistance.

     

    To do that, open a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and go to this page to fill out the form and submit your request.

     

    Let us know once you have your ticket number.
