Hello, To login my banking site, I must go trough 2 screen. On the first I enter my ID and click ok. Then another screen is displayed where I must enter my password. Dropbox password does not work well with this scenario. It autofill with the user id on both sceen!! Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?26Views0likes1CommentUnable to delete my account - says user ID and password don't match
I've been trying to delete my account. I've never used this account since I first opened it a month or two ago. Today, I followed the instructions, entered my password (it doesn't provide a place to enter my ID) but a message says that my User ID & password do not match. So I go into my account and change my user id AND my password. I'm thinking it's gonna work now, finally! But I try it again and it still tells me my USER ID/Password doesn't match. Why does it tell me that when it doesn't even give me an option to enter a User ID? I was using the same password I used when it set it up only a few months ago. Since I'm already logged in, I go into my account and change BOTH my User ID and my Password. That should fix it, right? NOPE. It still tells me the User ID and Password do not match. I've been trying to get this account deleted for days. When I communicated with Dropbox by email to ask them to delete it, they told me I have to delete it myself. WTH?? I've tried everything now. Why can't I get this stupid account off of my Desktop PC?747Views0likes10CommentsI can't use Dropbox Passwords on iOS - it keeps asking me to upgrade to Plus first.
Hi, I currently have a Dropbox basic account, however when I try to open the Passwords app on my iPhone it wants me to upgrade to Plus. My understanding is that you can still access Passwords with a Basic account. It jumps to the 'You're all set!' window however when I select 'Continue' it then reverts back to the 'Upgrade to Dropbox Plus to use Passwords' window. Please advise. Many thanks, MattSolved654Views0likes12CommentsI can't access my Dropbox account, as I have no access to my email to get the code

I have an account—NOT this one but another. I have an email for that account, but the secondary email for that account was removed. This is a plus account, but I can neither log in nor receive email messages from the current account associated with that account. I have communicated with the email provider, and I have my billing information and two emails showing the accounts. I would like to have the secondary email account reinstated. As I said, this is a PLUS account. To date, I have received no joy from either Dropbox support or the email provider. How can I get this resolved.Solved905Views1like8CommentsPotential security problem with Google Sign-In, even with 2FA when accessing my account.
I have an Android phone with a Google account. If I install the Dropbox app, the login screen prompts me to use Google Sign-In to log in to my Dropbox account. If I accept, I get automatically logged in without needing my username and password. If I activate 2FA beforehand from my PC and then use Google Sign-In, then I get an SMS code in the same phone where I'm trying to log in from. This means that, even if I don't use Dropbox on my phone and only use it from my PC, anyone who has access to my phone could download the Dropbox app and access my account without needing my username and password, even if 2FA is activated. I'd appreciate if anyone could tell me if I'm doing something wrong and this is normal behavior, or if this is a security problem, and in either case, how can I avoid it and completely disconnect my Google and Dropbox accounts from each other. Thank you!Solved733Views0likes8CommentsCannot get into my Dropbox account using my four digit pass-code
