Screenshots going to Dropbox-How to change to Photos-Screenshots. How to access Prefererences?
Could not find my screenshots under Pictures-Screenshots. Eventually found them in Dropbox. Checked Hep and Community support and cannot find the solution to have them stay in my files on the computer. Saw someone accessed Preferences, but I have not found out how to do this. Help is appreciated. Also how does one contact Dropbox support? All I see is a learning center and Ask the Community.

The option to save screenshots to Dropbox can be found on the Backup tab within Preferences in the Dropbox application.
Also how does one contact Dropbox support? All I see is a learning center and Ask the Community. The support options available to you can be found on the Support page. If you're on a Basic (free) account, you're limited to the various self-help options that are available, such as the chat bot, help center articles or asking questions here. Paid accounts have access to live chat and email support.

I found that info. Tried it and when I click in the icon in the taskbar it takes me to: User> Dropbox ( Which shows folders)
It does NOT take me to ( as the instructions state:)
- My avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top-right corner.
- Preferences. If I Rt. click on the Screenshots folder there is no Preferences tab. I also selected run as administrator and repeated the steps, but again no change. I was on the phone with Microsoft yesterday for 1hr & 20 minutes and they couldn't help.

You're clicking the wrong icon and likely just opening the Dropbox folder in Explorer. You need to single-click on the Dropbox icon in your system tray (near the clock). If you don't see it, you may need to click the up arrow to see the hidden icons.
