Clicking on the Dropbox icon in my system tray is not opening the app to get to the preferences
I click on the Dropbox icon in the taskbar but the app won't open.I have even uninstalled the antivirus and restarted the computer, and it is still the same, nothing, not even a message explaining the issue. I need to access my account backup preferences becauseI only have about 900mb of information saved and the backup takes up about 15gb, it's ridiculous. It's there another way to erase the backup or onlythrough the desk app?
"link copied" notification keeps showing on my Windows computer and it disrupts my workflow
On Windows 11. Is this experience new? It's awful. I use File Explorer to copy a Dropbox link to a file a non-native notification launches and eventually dismisses. It covers system UI elements unlike native notifications and starts the app in the taskbar. Why? Dropbox is always running on my system. Why is Dropbox not using native notifications?
I cannot get both my personal and Business accounts to show up in Windows file explorer
Have just purchased two new machines and am being driven nutts by Dropbox. I have a business and a personal account. On my prior machines both appeared in File Explorer. With them linked or unlinked, I can only get one to appear. HAve Dropbox seriously removed this feature? If not, how can I get both to appear?
Unable to move Dropbox folder from users to C drive as I'm getting an error
I am unable to create my dropbox folder in (C:), it only lets me in users/user, but this does not work for me because im trying to work on a shared project and the file route breaks because of the location of my folder, ive tried just about everything from unistalling to manully moving, please help me Thank you
