Are you following these steps to delete your Dropbox account?
What error are you getting when trying to delete it?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
- SW7219 days agoNew member | Level 2I use an AppleID to sign in, so had to create a password in Dropbox before I could delete the account. But when I click “Permanently delete” I get the error “Hmmm. Can’t reach this page” on https://www.dropbox.com/account/post_delete. I have tried deleting from both app and website.

Hi SW72, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps when following these steps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
- SW7219 days agoNew member | Level 2I have tried all of that, and still not able to delete. Just get the same error message as before. In small letters it shows “ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE”
