Death of subscriber/Refund for the subscription

Hello Dropbox team member

I have been struggling for sometime now to get in touch with Dropbox.  I wanted to cancel the subscription of a deceased person.  I have been unable to reach anyone that is human.  Recently a charge hit my bank and as mentioned the person is dead.  I am not trying to access the account.  I am trying to get dropbox to close the account and refund this year's subscription.  Can someone please help me?  My experience with reaching someone and getting help has been terrible.

    I have tried so many things on your website.  They have not be helpful

    please lets just get this resolved.  I am not happy
