- ThevexExplorer | Level 3Mark, that link is to no use. The link to raise a ticket isn’t working, so I (who are in the same position) can not contact Dropbox. Any idea what to do ?

That link does work, but, it may not if you are logged in. Make sure you go to the web address via a device/browser not signed in - or, use an incognito/private window.
