Changing from Plus to Family plan
Hi,
i just changed my account from Plus to Family.
does anyone know if the earned space that i have is added "on top" of the 2TB of the family plan? in other words- if i have 20 GB of earned spa...
- 4 years agoHey Taigo, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!
Any additional space you've earned through referrals, promotions etc. will still be valid when you upgrade to Family plan.
Just note that any space earned via referring people to Dropbox will be halved if you downgrade your account to the Basic plan.
I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks!
another related questions please:
my Dropbox Plus subscription expires in November (I paid for it in advance): what happens to the storage space once if I join the Dropbox Family subscription now (~4 months before expiry)?
All the best,
Taigo

Hi Taigo, are you going to be upgrading your existing account to a Family plan, or will you be joining an existing Family plan owned by someone else?
