Dropbox Basic Extra on top of bonus storage?
Hi, I just noticed there's a Dropbox Basic Extra plan with 50GB of storage. I already have 20GB on my basic plan because of referrals and other bonus storage. If I subscribe to the Basic Extra plan will I have 50GB of storage in total, or will it be 50GB + 20 GB? Thanks

Account downgraded?
I've had a free basic plan for perhaps 10 years. Today, I received a notice under the Dropbox menubar item, "Account downgraded. Files can no longer be made online-only." I didn't make any change to my plan and I don't know why this notice appeared, apparently removing a feature that I've enjoyed for many years. Is there a way to get things back to the way they were?

Hi!!! I have referred my 2 friend's but the referral bonus is not credited: in my DB setting page, I see "ineligible". They have installed DB app ontheir PC, after the registration. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I sent a referral to a user who installed dropbox on his ipad and started using it. However my referral status still shows "waiting for installation" Why is that please? Do my contact need to install dropbox on a computer and not an ipad? Thx for your help

Can I downgrade my account and keep my bonus space?
I have a "Dropbox Basic" account with bonus space "Granted by Dropboxer". I want to upgrade my account to "Business". If I ever decide to not renew my "Business" account and downgrade back to a "Basic" account will I lose my bonus space?

I will loose my original bonus storage space when downgrading from pro to basic. Why?
Through signing up (lots of) friends I gathered up to 49Gb of bonus storage. Last year I upgraded to Pro and now I want to downgrade back to Basic. The problem is that I now will be downgraded to 22GB of storage. So what happened to the other 27GB that I earned? I want to be downgraded back to the original 49GB that I had. Dropbox, please help me correct this. Thank you!

Upgrading or loosing my earned space
Having earned 16.25 GB (in one place it says 18GB!—why the difference?) plus soon expiring 25GB I still get emails upon emails from Dropbox to upgrade to 2TB or have only 2GB (0.2TB). Am I the only one to find this a rude kind of doing business? I am using some 14GB worth of the space and will not in the near future need nearly the extra 1.85TB. Can anyone explain to me WHY I should upgrade and why Dropbox wants to reduce my plan to 2GB?

Changing from Plus to Family plan
Hi, i just changed my account from Plus to Family. does anyone know if the earned space that i have is added "on top" of the 2TB of the family plan? in other words- if i have 20 GB of earned space (earned by referrals, completing the dropbox "get-started list etc.) will this extra space still be valid? thanks,
