"Account Downgraded" error on the desktop app even though I've paid for my plan
I am getting message in the screenshot attached. I just paid for 1 year subscription for Dropbox Extra a few days ago and not sure why I am getting this error

I restarted multiple times even restarted my computer but still that error shows up.
Any idea how to fix this?

What options do you get when right clicking a file or folder in your Dropbox folder? A screenshot of this would help greatly.

Would you mind uninstalling the Dropbox app, restarting your computer and then reinstalling it with admin privileges, to see if that helps?
