    Hi there, JillBr, thanks for joining our Community.

     

    One thing I can think of, is the limit of connected devices, in case you're on a free Basic Dropbox account.

     

    There's a limit of 3 connected devices for free accounts, so if you had more than 3 when you disconnected it, you will need to remove some devices, to be able to reconnect.

     

    You can see a list of your connected devices at the bottom of this page.

     

    If that's not the case, can you please send me a screenshot of any errors you're getting, so I can check it out?
