Problems with the sync symbol
I've had a problem with DropBox for a while now. Until recently, however, I didn't need it myself, so the problem didn't bother me.

Hi Noizy, since you are on Windows, please note that Windows has a limit of 15 overlay icons that Windows Explorer can load, and the operating system reserves 4 for its own use.
That could be the culprit there. Can you have a look into this thread, and what my colleague suggested there, and let me know if this resolves things?

Sure!
Yes I have you the screenshots
OneDrive have no Problems right now. I have you the Pictures with the Synchro Icons
The next Pictures is how I see it on my partners PC and the next are, well, usual folders because I don't see that synchro icons on my desktop from dropbox
So how I can get the synchro icons from DropBox on my device?

Wonderful job with the screenshots, Noizy, thanks!
Let me clarify that the way your Dropbox syncing icons look, isn't related to your Microsoft account, and how it operates. Just putting it out there, in regards to your initial post.
Have you made sure your Dropbox app is running as it should? You can always check its syncing status if you follow these steps.
Also, it might sound trivial, but have you rebooted your device recently?

Thanks
The Dropbox App is running as it should.
Actually, the files in the folders have a synchro symbol but the folders still haven't
I reboot my device a few time since the weekend because it's new and I have do many updates
