Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Could you also clarify exactly what is happening with the Dropbox desktop application?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

That is because the Dropbox Client is completely broken and Dropbox just doesnt care anymore. It has issues on all ends, which is very strange because a few years ago it just worked perfectly.
