How to access Dropbox Sign fully from Dropbox
I have a Dropbox Essentials account, which should give me access to unlimited signing in through Dropbox Sign. I only use this on my desktop. Last year when I was still on the Dropbox Plus pl...

So for anyone with the same question, it turns out that you cannot access the full Dropbox Sign (Hellosign) app to get the better functionality with the Dropbox Essentials plan.
You either need to be on one of the lower/free plans (that allow for 3 document requests per month), or have a specific Dropbox Sign plan. And you cannot subscribe to a Dropbox Sign plan with the same email you use for Dropbox - you need a different one. Otherwise you end up with the same problem of it redirecting straight back to the Sign section in Dropbox.
So much for integration.

Good day,
If you were subscribed to the Dropbox Plus 2TB which allows limited signature requests, and you signed up for the Dropbox Sign Essentials plan that allows you unlimited signature requests, you may notice that both Dropbox Sign and Dropbox offer the Essentials plan however they differ on the storage feature because Dropbox Sign Essentials doesn't include the 3,000 GB storage. Whereas with Dropbox , if you were coming from Dropbox Plus and you upgraded to Dropbox Essentials 3000 GB, the system will generate an error if you already have a Dropbox Sign account with the same email address. So if you really need to be able to utilize the added features of Dropbox Essentials 3000 GB plan like the unlimited signature requests, you need to change your email from your Dropbox Sign ( as was suggested to you by one of our Staff) to a different email. Once changed, if you are already subscribed to the Dropbox Sign Essentials with no storage, you may opt to cancel it so you can just upgrade your Dropbox Plus 2TB to the Dropbox Essentials 3TB and the unlimited signature requests , among other features added should already work . Hope this helps
