Dropbox Sign refuses to send document to sign
Hello, I have created a 183 page document with fields for 10 people to sign. When I click on the send button, Dropbox Sign does not execute the send order. It gives an error message and tells me to try again later. Does anyone have a solution to send the file or to even save it for some time?
White background when uploading a scan of my signature cannot be removed
Hi, I have decided I will try out the Signature feature. I wanted to upload a scan of my signature to be used. Unfortunatelly, the app does not remove white background. On the top of that, it even adds white background to a png with transparent background (yes, I invested extra effort in removing the white background with other app). At the end of the day, I have an excel sheet with blue background that I cannot sign with dropbox signature feature as it would leave white box around the signature. For example Adobe Reader automatically removes white background from uploaded scanned images of signatures. Is there a solution I am not seeing? Thanks, Josef
Dropbox Sign - view all outstanding signature requests without other admin permissions
Hello, We have users that need to follow up on pending signatures. There are no granular controls on admin's roles to only see all signatures that are pending or have been signed. No other permissions are needed other than seeing an "admin" side of signatures.Signature requests on Dropbox Sign and their status
You need to be more flexible. Right now I have 5 categories. Pending, signed, declined, There should be one "completed". Also there should be anability to file our documents in other folders that we can name. There also need to the ability to delete a signature. For sure there needs to be a way to sort. Take a look at Docusign if you want to see how it is done right,. Having said that Docusign is too expensive.
Cannot Update Start Drobox Udpate Service on Windows 7
Hello I'm already install Dropbox version 195.4.4995 with offline Installer on Windows 7. after install when i'm opening the Dropbox and it's say "Your Computer is Currently offline. Please check your network setting" And I found on the service named "Dropbox Update Service (dbupdate)" the status is Stop, so i'm try to start but it say "The dropbox Update Service (dbupdate) service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some service stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs" Is ther any solution? Thank You
