Could you try quitting all other open apps on your computer, and then try clicking that option again in the app.

10 months agoThat worked! Thank you. I was confused because it didn't tell me to do that as part of the upgrade process...in fact it tells you it will do everything in the background and you can keep working. Maybe the install language should change.

No problem, generally everything can run normally, but in rare instances, some apps might affect the migration, so quitting them would help it through.
