A PC I previously linked to Dropbox no longer shows up in devices, so I can't delete backup

My hard drive crashed on my PC and I installed a new one.  subsequently the previous PC (hard drive) does not show up in dropbox.com/security/devices as being linked. it no longer shows up there.  No...

    I found the solution!  in online backups - it shows status as unlinked.  selecting the three dots  ...   the option of downloading or deleting is available. I was able to delete it there.
