Phone number for technical support
I am having ongoing issues trying to get my Dropbox files to sync with my desktop. I am probably a few months behind on files on my desktop as this computer had to be taken to IT for some repairs. I left it running for more than 24 hours and it's just not working right. I have followed all of the troubleshooting guides online. Does anyone have a phone number so I can actually talk to someone from Dropbox?

Every Dropbox user can reach our Support team by submitting a ticket support request at www.dropbox.com/support .
Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Business and Pro users getting priority (longer for Basic users).
Dropbox offers tech support over the phone for Dropbox Business teams on an Advanced or Enterprise plan .
However, for security reasons Dropbox can only provide phone tech support to admins of these teams.
We take security seriously, and work hard to ensure your files and accounts remain safe. This is the reason our phone number is not publically displaye. We require account verification in order to ensure that we're providing support to an authorized admin. This account verification is only available via the admin console.
If you find a Dropbox tech support phone number on a search engine or elsewhere that claims to lead to Dropbox support, it is not affiliated with Dropbox. Dropbox does not offer phone support other than what is described in this article. Be careful to avoid scams or other attempts to capture your account data.

we change from win 10 back to win 7. Now when we log into drop box the files there say they are empty? Where did they go? I cant seem to get anywhere in support because it is asking for a dropbox file event page ? I have entered what I thought that was but it will not accept that info.

I have another dropbox account which I forgot the password for it. I have already submitted 3 times to reset my password (this is a Pro Account) and still no response or email to reset my password from DropBox!!! I also checked my junkmail and It's been over an hour already.

Robert - log a ticket then as has been directed via the website.
Also make sure, which I'm sure you've done, that it isnt in junk etc.

every single email I get to reset my password has a link that is expired when I click on it.
When I click on the link provided by DropBox email says "that link has expired or isn't valid"!!!
What am I to do now?

I've been backing up my iphone pics to dropbox for 1-2 years. I recently went to Disney and checked dropbox to ensure all of my pics were backed up and i don't have ANY archived pics. I've tried to look for them but can't find them. Help!

Our dropbox files got encrypted with a Cryptlocker virus and we don't have access to any of them! We are a museum and all have pro accounts that are connected. Our IT guy said we should contact Dropbox to clean them up all together.I submitted a support email last night.

You need to open a ticket with Support. Follow the steps listed in the Restore a large number of files section of the following help article to request a rollback of your account.

I upgraded to dropbox pro quite a while ago. I think I have 100 GB of storage. When photos or files are emailed to me as a dropbox file and I open them it opens dropbox online and it is not the same as my dropbox on my Mac. The online version only shows that I have 2 GB of storage and I have paid for the upgrade.
How do I get the online dropbox to include all the files and folders I have on my desktop version?

You need to make sure on your computer you are logged in and connected to the account with the 1TB upgrade.
Unlink the Dropbox from your computer and then relink with the one you log in on line with.

Every time i logged out from dropbox account I'm getting an error "Oops! It looks like you may have forgotten your password. Click here to reset it." I tried on other browsers and cleared cache and even after resetting the password the problem is still persisting. I don't have any login or syncing problems. This is getting only when i logged out from my browser.
