I can't send files. "Error creating transfer. Please try again."

Question

Every single time I try to send files from my dropbox to someone else, the message "Error creating transfer. Please try again." appears.
&nbsp;
So I thought it was the file size, Nope. Same message even with a 1gb transfer attempt.
I tried turn on and off my computer, nothing.
Tried clearing my data and cookies, Nothing.
&nbsp;
EVEN TRIED SENDING IT USING MY PHONE, NOTHING.
&nbsp;
WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY CAN I NOT SEND ANYTHING? THIS IS FOR MY COMPANY!

Is it possible that your transfers exceeded the bandwidth limits, causing your sharing activities to be banned?&nbsp;

How long have you been getting this error? Do you also get an error when creating a shared link?&nbsp;

I'm also getting this message which began last night after multiple successful uses. As of now, not a single file can be transferred, all previously transfers are cleared, and the files aren't big (which shouldn't be a problem, as I created a single file 65Gb transfer the other day). No indication of banning and all bills are up to date.
