Failling to send pdf for signatures

Hello.'

 

 

I am encountering difficulty when trying to send a document for signatures. We are a team of seven. When i try to send the document for signatures after placing fields and saving the document, it does not show me "send for sigtnature" but "share". It seems like the platform deletes all the written email that i have assigned to the document. My colleague are able to send for signature and her screen shows " send" instead of "share".

    Can you please clarify what plan you're on at the moment and send us a screenshot of the screen you get stuck on so that we can have a visual too?
