Getting a warning triangle when sending out documents for signature on Dropbox Sign
Hi, When we attempt to issue out documents for signature, we receive a triangle error message and documents are not being sent. Please see attached screenshot to see what message shows up. We have tried sending documents to multiple different email accounts but none are working.Please could you assist us on solving this issue?
Is it possible to create a doc that can be signed more than one employee?
Heya, I want to create a document for logging that will track some logs of our employees and we would want all the signatures to be on one document. Basically, when someone gets checked we send the doc to them for signature. After they are done, we want to use the same one (with the first employee signature there) to employee 2 who can sign in when they have been checked too. Now, i know there is an option in dropbox to do something similar but for that you need to know all the details of the people who need to sign so the doc will be shared with them once person 1 has signed it. However, we cant use that as we mostly pass this document when someone new joins the company. Which means if person 1 signs, it might be a week or a month before person 2 needs to sign (as that is when they join us). Is there a way to do so? Keep the same doc someone has signed for me to pass to the next person whenever they join or are needed to sign?Failling to send pdf for signatures
Hello.' I am encountering difficulty when trying to send a document for signatures. We are a team of seven. When i try to send the document for signatures after placing fields and saving the document, it does not show me "send for sigtnature" but "share". It seems like the platform deletes all the written email that i have assigned to the document. My colleague are able to send for signature and her screen shows " send" instead of "share".
Requesting signatures in Firefox - Dropbox loggs me out multiple time in a session
Dear community, here is my issue: Dropbox logs me out of the browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera) multiple time during one session. I need to log in to access my documents to request a signature. The "remember me" button is ticked. When I need to select the savefolder I appear to be logged out again, I try to log back in and end up in a never ending loop. I tried multiple browsers, VPN off and on, checked my settings, emptied my cache. When I am lucky it works after restarting the process multiple times. What can i do to solve this issue? Thank you. Bulk Send - CSV file formatting
Trying to bulk send and have four fields Company Signature Full Name Title No matter what I do, Bulk Send is only expecting two fields: Full Name and Email. Doesn't matter if I have Dropbox create the .csv or if I create it myself. The error is "Expected 2 fields on row 1, found 4" Do the fields have to be tagged in a particular way?
There are no folders in Save to Folder in Signature
I've just added a new member to our company DropBox and given her access to use a template in Signature. When she gets to the Save to Folder page, there are no folders available to her. There are no folders available under Choose default either. Is there another setting that needs to be enabled?File Versioning for Signature Documents
I am uploading contracts to be sent for signature to dropbox, and then using the "Send for Signature" option in the regular Dropbox UI. When the document enters into the signature process, I can see the document under the "Signatures" tab on the main page, as well as the original file in my folder, and a "file.pdf(pending)" version that changes to "file.pdf(signed)" after signature completion. Is there a way to adjust my settings to not have a duplicate file after sending it for signature? Expected behavior would be that the file I sent for signature would become "fild.pdf(pending/signed)" and I would not see a duplicate of the file pre-signature. BB
