Cannot access someone else's Dropbox folder

Our company has a Dropbox folder we all use to share files. We have a new manufacturer that we are working with that has their own Dropbox folder. A link to their folder was sent to all of use but some of us cannot access their folder. The folder starts to load then there is an error report that says thier folder doesn't exist. The folder stays light gray in the Folders Bar but cannot access it. What do we need to do to change this?

Hey jfricker, hope it’s OK to jump in, too.

Can you please ask from the owner of the folder to try Jay’s suggestion, and let us know if it helps?

If not, we’ll troubleshoot this further.

Hey jfricker, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community this Friday.

Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error that the recipients who can't access the folder are getting?

Just make sure any personal info is hidden on the screenshot.

    Thanks in advance.

        Thanks for the screenshot, jfricker!

If the users that are having this issue go to their Shared tab, do they see the folder there? And are they able to add it?
