dropbox unshare file/folder by clearing membership
I'm located in Australia.
Yesterday Dropbox began unauthorised activity on my account.
As a result of the activity, files and folders began to vanish.
This is our main folder used for all our client work, so it's critical that I get it back.
I generated a Dropbox activity report which I am viewing as a CSV file.
It shows about 900 events which took place yesterday from 9:30am-12:30pm type as: dropbox unshare file/folder by clearing membership
Here's a sample of what I see on the CSV file.
I do not have any deleted files in my folder history yesterday.
I cannot see the missing files anywhere to re-share them to my team or myself.
Can anyone please advise me how to get these files back ASAP.

I have the same question. It looks like the team was "disbanded" but no one did that. It was just a mass deletion by one user who didn't authorize it. In fact, she was working from one of the folders when it disappeared. Our team folder is now gone for everyone, and DB blames her as being the one who deleted it. We need some support to help get these files back ASAP.

Sorry to hear about this, ashtrey1980.
What does your events page show about this?
And are you able to see the deletion events there and restore the files?
