Pixelated video
I uploaded a 21-MB mp4. Dropbox says the resulting file is the same size as the original. However, the file has an unacceptable resolution when viewing in Dropbox (or when using a link). Lots of pixelation. Is there a way to prevent this?

When viewing a video on the Dropbox website you're actually looking at a transcoded preview of the original. To view the video in its original resolution it must be downloaded to a device and played locally.
