I'm getting a parsing error when previewing files, why?

I'm getting a parsing error on every file. In the app, if I click a file, it shows a construction picture?

I just changed the default to open with installer. Not sure why it changed after 4 years. I guess I'm resolved. Thank you for responding.

Can you provide a screenshot of the full page/window? Be sure to mask any private information.

Hi Vikingsammy, thanks for posting today.

You can click the camera icon to attach the photo to your post, or you can copy and paste the screenshot.

Is this error on the Dropbox site or the mobile app?

This will help me to assist further!

This appears to be an APK file, which doesn't have any preview on it as it's an Android app package file, so this is expected behavior.

Are you getting this image with any other normal files like JPG or DOCX files?
