I can't access my account after cancelling the Business plan
Haven't been able to access my account after business team was cancelled and all individual accounts are not able to sign in even though they all were created and separated before the business team and I didn't resubscribed to the plan. My main account is not accessible anymore even though I was still using it often and was created before the others. I was supposed to get help from Dropbox support to get access to my account again but I never received or got an email.

I'm not quite sure about the issue you're facing; could you elaborate a tad?
Also, when you say you were supposed to get help from our support team, do you happen to have a ticket ID for us or a link for your communication with us?
