What happens to my files when I cancel my subscription?
Hi, what will happen to my Files if I cancel my subscription? I have dropbox plus and the number of GB I keep there is more than the limit of the non-paying versions. There are also many important files which are not on my PC anymore and I should download them. Once I've done it, will I have a certain time to download everything? I want to cancel my Dropbox Sign subscription and get a refund for my payment
So awhile ago in October I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 180 dollar charge in December. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month. Being charged for an unknown account
Hi all, I work for an organisation and our bank card is being charged for a dropbox account. None of our current staff pay for an account. We think it might be an ex staff member who paid for the account and didn't cancel their subscription before leaving. How do we find out how to access the account that we are paying for. Unsubscribe Dropbox Plus Trial from Google Play Store
I subscribed for Dropbox Plus Trial from Google Play Store. I only can unsubscribe from Google Play Store and not the 'Billing' or 'Plan' page as I did not sign up for trial through Dropbox.
