So awhile ago in October I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 180 dollar charge in December. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month. I'm not sure how to get this issue reconciled so posting here with the hope that someone who monitors this from Dropbox will help me out. I recently (May'23) received a $119.88 credit card charge for what I assume is an annual subscription to dropbox which I do not have / have not authorized. I believe I was on this plan ~1 year ago when I then downgraded to paying monthly. I cancelled my monthly plan in Feb 2023 and have confirmation from dropbox of this transaction. WHY am I now receiving a bill and what is even more frustrating, is that all attempts to report this bill have been ineffective / met with silence from Dropbox. Hello, There was a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I am a basic plan user only so when I got the notification from my credit card company that I had a charge from Dropbox I knew something was suspicious. I was able to track down the invoice and receipt using the transaction ID lookup tool so I have that documentation. I want to report this to Dropbox so they may take action against this user. I had the impression that the "Basic Plan" was a FREE service, and yet I'm receiving from Dropbox charges of $19.00/month. Does the Basic Plan cost $19.99/month? If so, is there a discount available for non-profit organizations or people doing pro bono work? If not, how to I correct this errant charge and seek reimbursement? Hi: We are trying to cancel a dropbox charge that has been incurring on our Company credit card for sometime now. However, no one seems to be able to locate the account associated with it. We tried to do a credit card purchase look up and it didn't work (we assume it is because the expiration date changed and it was never updated on the account but since the card number is the same it can still be charged). We need to find a way to locate the account associated with this charge so we can cancel it.
