Allow a personal account to have more than 3 TB
Hello, I'm a graphic designer with over 15 years of workload. This obviously equates to extreme files sizes. I was disappointed to learn Dropbox don't offer a package for single users over 3TB. I work solely and require more cloud space and don't want to have to upgrade to a 'per user' plan as this isn't cost effective. This option has to become available soon.56KViews153likes190Comments

Hi, I just signed up for dropbox and was waiting for the prompt - Click Sign Up. On the Choose Your Dropbox Plan page, decide which plan you want. Also -ADropboxBasic account isfreeand includes 2 GB of space. You can downloadfreeapps to accessDropboxfrom your computer, phone, or tablet. I don't need more than 2GB. I see there are account fees. (File) download failed due to an unknown error
I am not trying to download a large file. I am trying to download any file at all. A 3.31MB .pdf shouldn't incur this error. I have a Nexus 7 2012 that is running 4.4.4 because I am one of the many users whose tablets turn into bricks/slugs after updating to anything 5.0+. It's a known problem. Since the dropbox app won't install from the Google Play store since I'm running 4.4.4, I tried using Dropbox from Chrome. I can sign into my account from Chrome, which is as updated as it can be, but I cannot download any file at all. I can see files but cannot download them. I receive unknown error message. Anyone get scammed by formswift? Evidently they are tied to Dropbox somehow. I now have a charge of 37.00 on my debit card When I call the number then they want my bank account number or my debit card. Never even asked my name, address, or phone number. Will there be a 2 TB option for personal accounts?
