Contact Dropbox Support discontinued?

For more than one week now, I am trying to speak to a "living person" from Dropbox support, and, although advertised on the website, no matter what day, what time, and which language, the "pop-up" answer is always the same: 

"There are currently no agents available to answer your request please leave a message and we will get back to you..."

That is, obviously, not a proper way of doing business and I wonder what is occurring with Dropbox: - Does the Management know this? Does the Community know this?

What is the solution (if any) then? Just wait and see...?

      Thank you, Walter, I could not imagine that a "Clear Cache" action would address the problem, but IT DID.
