Upgrade went to the wrong account
Hello! My Dropbox today was connected to the work computer. So my boss payed for the Dropbox Plus plan, as he thought that was for his Dropbox. We have called the bank and they had cancelled the payment, because I really don't need this Plus plan. So I will inform also Dropbox staff here, as I haven't found any other place where I can contact.

You may wish to get your boss to contact Dropbox correctly - because if not he risks the charge being reinstated by the bank when its queried with Dropbox. As long as he legitimately gave Dropbox the bank info the charge is correct, change of mind does not constitute a reason for a card chargeback. It also risks all his account and data being permanently removed, without warning, and unrecoverably.
He will need to do it via the upgraded account at www.dropbox.com/support you cannot do it for him.

Hello,
I have used my Dropbox account a long time ago, yesterday my Dropbox account linked to my work computer spontaneously. Now I have unlinked my work computer in my dropbox account, but the working account files still don't appear on the working computer Desktop. What should I do to restore working account? How to prevent that kind of situations in future?

Hey Marija2 - I'm not quite sure about the issue you're facing. Could you let us know some additional information or send us a screenshot of what's troubling you so that we can have a visual too?
If you're logged into the wrong account in the Dropbox desktop app on a computer of yours, you can sign out from the app's preferences using these steps.
