Still charged despite downgrading to basic

Have downgraded to basic but am still being charged £9.99 a month, Why?

    Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with a different email address of yours?

     

    Have you tried our self-served look-up tool to identify the email address that's associated with the charge by any chance?
