Lost my account info so I can't login to my Plus account

I have a Plus account that I pay for but Iost my account info so I cannot log in. Since I cannot log in to it I cannot contact support because dropbox gives no support unless you have more than a basic account - which I do have but cannot log in to it. I'm posting this question from a basic account that I also have. How can I retrieve my PAID account???

    If you paid by card, you can use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for.

    If you're unable to locate your account or you can't sign in after identifying it, you can contact Support directly.

    Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. Go through the options and click the This did not solve my issue button. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
