I've been paying for years and my files are missing.
Does anyone know an email address for dropbox? I just logged in after trying and giving up last year - my files are gone. And I've been paying for years now.

Hey me23rose, let's jump right into this!
Is it possible that you upgraded a different account than the one you're looking at?
Do you remember perhaps whether you upgraded your account directly from the Dropbox website or via Google Play/iTunes?
If you upgraded directly through Dropbox, have you tried using our self-serve look-up tool, in order to locate the Dropbox account linked to the charge, and identify if it's a different one?
Also, have you checked both your deleted files page, and events page? If I were you, I'd also take a look at my sharing tab.

I just found an email I sent to support@dropbox.com 9/8/23 regarding the issue and never received a reply. Is this the email address I should contact?
My username has been the same since I first started using dropbox.

Hey me23rose!
You can contact Support by visiting this page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
