I want to cancel my Dropbox Sign subscription and get a refund for my payment
So awhile ago in October I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 180 dollar charge in December. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month. Pretty disappointed by this page Contact Dropbox support - Dropbox and I have no idea who to contact to pursue this. Anyone got any advice for me?

I have the exact same problem! I have been having a recurring bill for Dropbox sign which for the life of me have not been able to cancel. It is the most frustrating process!!!!!! HELP!!

I discovered I have been billed for 3 years on my credit card for DropBox's Signature plan, formerly known as Hell0Sign at $180. I am not a business and I do not use their service. I cannot contact them. They reply with a ticket, but I get no response. This is not a way to do business. Someone must have set me up in their plan 3 years ago. The Invoices have no name on them just the billing, which I find strange.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.

I have a Basic Account but still the 29/06/2024 I got charged 193,60€ by "Dropbox Sign/Hell", on my account there is no sign of facturations and on the transfer there is no ID!
I never accepted any payment. I dont know where it comes from.
Please help me because this looks super fraudulent!

I got a direct debit and want to cancel but there is no support email or phone contact. Just this forum and I was forced to register to get access.
I tried the support bot which did not help. I tried the 12 digit transaction id and that does not work because the transaction id is "Usd660.00 Dropbox" and "Sign/Hellosi".
I do not know which email I used to subscribe all I have is a direct debit in my bank account. I want a refund and I want to unsubscribe. I need help finding out which email I am registered under.

As Mark stated, you can try contacting Support but the terms clearly state no refunds, and you agreed to the charge by not cancelling the trial before it ended.

Probably not as its what you agreed to when you signed up for the trial. The T&C's state refunds are only issued where legally required.

I have a similar issue. There appear to be no way to manage the subscription for DropBox Sign online and my messages to Dropbox in May have been left unanswered. Please let me know if you hear any updates.

I have the same issue. I needed to quickly get a signature and accepted to get a free trial for 7 days and have since then never managed to find a way to cancel it. I've followed both the dropbox sign and dropbox documentation and the options described in those docs are not available to me. I'm now getting monthly charges and I see nothing about a subscription in the dropbox sign or dropbox UI. Please help me cancel this and preferably refund me as I've been trying to cancel for at least 2 months 😫

Similar Issue. I canceled my subscription a few months ago, but I'm still getting charged monthly. I've spent too much time communicating with the chat box with zero luck and there is no email or phone number for customer service to discuss this. Very frustrating!!!!
