How can I cancel and get a refund for Dropbox Sign?
Hello in 9/2024 I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 119.88 dollar charge in 10/2024. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month. Pretty disappointed by this page Contact Dropbox support - Dropbox and I have no idea who to contact to pursue this. Anyone got any advice for me?
I have an unauthorized recurring Dropbox Sign payment.
I have received this payment on my card and cant find any active accounts that would be charged. Seems I am not allowed to chat with support with out paying them (I am paying them and dont want to) Does anyone know how to find out how to dispute this and talk to a human that can cancel this payment? Formswift keeps charging me $37 - sometimes 4 times a month. How can I cancel this?
Hi! Formswift just keeps appearing on my credit card statement charging me $37 over and over. They are unreachable - keep me in a loop of recordings and dead ends. Totally hate this switch - I guess they used to be Sign Now? Anyway - How can I get rid of Formswift and is anyone else having this problem and does anyone have an alternate they can recommend? If not included, what plan(s) are needed? If DropboxSign is required, is this an add-on to Dropbox storage? I had an OLD account under Hellosign, now Dropbox. I am being billed $21.50 per month and we do not use this service. When I log into my Dropbox account, there are no charges. Therefore, this charge is for an old Hellosign account. I am unable to find a solution to this billing problem and I am unable to reach a live person at Dropbox.
I just bought the Essentials signature plan & now try to change to Essentials Plan.
Hi, I just bought the Essentials signature plan, but then realized I couldn't send bulk signatures, so I tried to upgrade to the Essentials Plan. But I am having no luck. I go to the page with my credit card info, hit the submit button, and nothing happens. Can you help? Also, I'm trying to figure out how to save my signature requests to a particular folder on Dropbox, but I can't seem to figure that out, either. Thanks for any help you can provide. Best, tara
How to cancel Dropbox Sign plan?
I don't see a way of cancelling a Dropbox Sign subscription on the Dropbox Sign home page under Profile, nor is it possible on the Dropbox home page under 'Settings' --> 'Plan'. Dropbox just charged me 127.42 on Friday but my basic plan showed a grey and I cannot click on it. I hope someone can help me here. Thanks
