I upgraded to Essentials and paid, but Dropbox still shows I have 2GB of space.

Hi I upgraded from Basic to Essentials, the billing has gone through and showing in my subscriptions, but the plan is still on Basic showing 2GB of Storage. I have logged out and back in and nothing has changed and if I click upgraded it's giving me the option of upgrading to essentials.

        That is indeed a bit odd BID St Andrews

         

        Do you have the option to contact Support by any chance? I'm asking since they have more visibility & extra tools on their end.
