I couldn't cancel my plan - can you cancel it for me and give a refund?
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last day before you build me and it will not allow me to do it. I can click on any other button and it will go through except for the cancel butto...

You upgraded your Dropbox account directly from www.dropbox.com, right? I’d like to make sure this isn’t about an in-app plan (via Google Play/iTunes).
