I can't find the chat option.

Can anyone tell me how to find CHAT?  This is ridiculous.

    They sure as hell do not make it easy.  I can not find CHAT either.

    You can find the support options available to you on the Support page. If you have access to live chat, you'll find it by navigating through the options listed until you see the link labeled This did not solve my issue. Click that link and you'll see your support options, including live chat if it's currently available.
