If you're having trouble locating my email, then you'd need to follow the steps Rich provided, in order to open a new ticket number, and send it to me to locate it.

Before I open a new ticket for you, have you tried the steps that Rich provided in order for you to reach our Support by any chance?

What is your email address ? Could I email you instead ? What do you think the problem could be that I did not receive your email ? Did you make an effort to resend it ? Why is it taking so long for you to process a refund if you have my card information on file ? What will emailing each other back and forth do ? It's inconvenient to process another ticket. What's the point ? I feel scammed.

Because no one here, including Megan, has access to the information in your account required to process a refund. That can only happen through a ticket with Support. If you're not receiving Megan's email, which I assume is her attempt to manually start a ticket for you, then you'll need to start a ticket yourself and then provide the ticket number here so Megan or other Dropboxers can check on it in the system.
Just follow the screen grab I posted above and you'll be able to submit a billing request.

Hello Rich, thanks for following up with me to get a refund. So, what is missing in my first ticket that I need to include in my second ticket ? By the way, I submitted my ticket on the last day since paying for Dropbox, so is it too late to get a refund if I process another ticket ? I hope I'm not wasting my time with these messages back and forth. So whoever was supposed to respond to my first ticket should be contacted. You have my first ticket number, right ? Also, I need for you to respond to my previous message Fully (not just answer one of the questions). Once you do that and respond Fully to my current message, I can respond to you appropriately. Hoping for a thorough response that will get me closer to a refund of $170+ ! So far, I submitted a ticket, I cancelled my membership, but there is no response to my ticket and these messages in this thread are not getting anywhere past sending you my first ticket. Hope you understand my frustration with this process so far.

I would like to add that I am having another problem that hinders solving this issue : I am not receiving my emails on the account that I provided. I am working on resolving that issue and hopefully I receive Megan's email then. Thank you for your support and understanding.
